We are seeking an Accounts Receivable/Collections Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts, excellent data entry skills, and a customer service-oriented approach.  Temp to hire offering $22-24/hr.  Located in Corona, CA

Responsibilities

·         Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

·         Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data

·         Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits

·         Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

·         Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities

·         Generate financial reports detailing accounts receivable status

Experience

·         High School Diploma Required, Associate degree in Accounting preferred

·         3 years of hands on accounting experience in processing high volume receivables/ collections

·         Must have experience with big box retailers ie: mass market chain businesses. 

·         Familiar with ERP system and consumer package goods
