**Job Summary**:
The Student Conduct Program Coordinator promotes student responsibility, civility, and respect through effective administration of the student conduct process, provision of educational programming, and enforcement of relevant university policies. The Coordinator focuses a majority of their time on issues of academic dishonesty. This role is responsible for managing the online referral process for academic dishonesty and takes students through the conduct process either with an administrative hearing or a board hearing. The Student Conduct Program Coordinator manages referrals made to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards by Temple Police, faculty, the Title IX Coordinator, etc., applies appropriate policies; and acts as a fact-finder via individual administrative hearings. Moreover, the position produces comprehensive reports pertaining to hearing findings, maintains appropriate correspondence regarding each case, and manages post-meeting follow-up with affected students and/or employees/departments/divisions. The Coordinator contributes to a positive university experience for every student and is accountable to all of the Division of Student Affairs (DoSA) Values. The DoSA values are Excellence, Inclusion, Innovation, Integrity, and Respect. Performs other duties as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned.
**Required Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education, Student Personnel Administration, Educational Leadership, or related field.
- At least 3 years of directly related experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

**Preferred Education and Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a student conduct office, managing confidential information, conducting trainings, and independently and efficiently managing a significant caseload.

**Required Skills and Abilities**:

- Tact, maturity, strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Competency in Microsoft software, including Excel, and database reporting.
- Ability to foster positive interactions and communicate with a diverse group of faculty, staff, students, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work with parents and outside legal counsel.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, superior judgment and neutrality in highly sensitive situations involving alleged sexual misconduct, threats, assaults, etc.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings and travel, when necessary.

**Preferred Skills and Abilities**:

- Experience and specific training in conducting sensitive conversations and hearings.
- Experience with Advocate/Symplicity Software.
