Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Swimming Pool Service Manager for the service operations of our pool company. The Swimming Pool Service Manager will be responsible for working as a member of our team, maintaining our pool customers, heavy phones and other office operations. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with the existing office personel.
- Provide leadership to service technicians.
- Help develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Maintain customer information in database.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the field and office area.
- Heavy customer contact on phone.
- Create and manage the customers schedules, including service, repairs, etc.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in team management or supervisory role. Swimming Pool Service expierence helpful
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in office management tasks such as budgeting, calendar management, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures and water chemistry
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Bilingual preferred but not necessay
- Experience in the latest pool equipment installation and repair
- Experience in training new pool technicians
