Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in various units, including inpatient nursing, community living center, dementia unit, hospice, and domiciliary.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on age-specific components and patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and procedures per established policies and guidelines.
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and customer service programs.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working in a float pool or similar environment.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
