- Coordinate purchases based on requirement by sales team and stock levels.
- Issue and place purchase orders to suppliers.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with warehouses to check on shipments.
- Issue Packing Lists, quality documentation and Invoices.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
