Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent Office Administration Specialist to undertake a range of administrative and clerical duties. The role involves providing essential support to our management team and staff, facilitating daily office operations, and overseeing the organization’s general administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Compose and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assist in compiling regularly scheduled reports.
  • Maintain and update office documentation, including contractor and vendor contacts, lease agreements, and service reports.
  • Procure office supplies and explore new deals and suppliers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients.
  • Conduct visual inspections of equipment and perform daily assessments of facilities.

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
