A successful Managing Director is a solution-oriented, forward-thinking, effective communicator with a passion for children.

**A Managing Director will**:

- Hire and train staff.
- Respond to family questions or concerns.
- Visit and monitor sites frequently, with the coordination of the Site Directors.
- Communicate regularly with the supervisor.
- Update and share rosters with schools and programs.
- Communicate regularly with schools regarding programs, staff, questions, or concerns.
- Communicate with families regarding any program changes student incidents or concerns.
- If necessary, perform the duties of the Site Directors in their absence.
- Act as a strong worker/partner with Executive and Leadership Team Members.

**Qualifications of a Managing Director**:

- Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- Ability to quickly build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects at the same time.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability and willingness to have difficult conversations to reinforce policy and procedures.
- Manage stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Likes to have fun and work with great people

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
