**Responsibilities**:

- Process HR-related documents with precision and confidentiality.
- Manage inventory of office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize your multitasking skills to manage various administrative tasks simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in an office or HR setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is desirable.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Resides nearby our Westwood office location for convenient commuting.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Friendly demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.

**Details**:

- **Salary**: $19-$20 per hour
- **Hours**: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- **Location**: Westwood

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
