Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Director of Human Resources. This is a hybrid position, with one day remote and four days onsite in their Downtown Los Angeles office. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $200,000 per year.

Job Description:

Responsible for planning, directing, managing, and overseeing Human Resource (HR) functions, including but not limited to:

recruitment and selection, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, training and development, oversee benefits administration and leaves of absence, strategic planning, performance management, audit and legal, and general personnel administration.

Must support the mission of the company and all its initiatives in a clinic and community environment

Requirements:

Excellent computer skills and proficiency (Microsoft Office and HR management systems)Excellent written and oral communication skillsHighly organized with effective leadership skills in a fast-paced and fluid work environmentDirect management experience with the ability to manage and mentor a staff of HR personnelAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development or related field and a minimum of 5 years in a HR management role
