**Role Outcomes**:

- Creating a positive brand image and effective lead generation to ensure the education of our community in our vision, “For every individual to know that health and vitality is possible”.
- Efficient day to day operations so that each member receives the care and support they need to achieve their health goals
- Exceptional customer service fostering member referrals and online testimonials to promote growth of our practice.
- Analyzing key performance indicators with the goal towards recognizing trends and optimizing resources

**Must-Haves**:

- Proficiency in Excel with a strong working knowledge of spreadsheet functions, formulas, and data analysis techniques.
- Other softwares utilized Word, Adobe Pro, Powerpoint, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Calendly, Cerbo and Canva
- Minimum requirement of two years' experience in an Administrative Assistant role.
