Job Description

This is an entry level position with Central Technology Services (CTS). The CTS Receptionist works independently, in a quiet office setting, with a casual dress code. A successful candidate will be self-motivated and have a positive attitude. As the Receptionist, you will welcome visitors and vendors to the building and direct them to the appropriate area of CTS. You ensure each visitor is issued a badge and follow our documented security procedures. The Receptionist will handle a variety of incoming and outgoing electronic communication. You will answer incoming calls, sort mail, and schedule shipments on behalf of CTS departments. Additional clerical duties are assigned as needed.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED certificate

Basic computer and typing skills are required

Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus

Must be punctual, self-motivated, and have excellent time-management skills

Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and in person

Willingness to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise
