- Schedule and coordinate orientation training for new hires, various meetings, and events.
- Schedule and coordinate annual training process for direct care workers.
- Maintain organized filing systems including paper, electronic, and via electronic medical record.
- Assist with the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, and coordinate purchasing and inventory management.
- Provide direct support to senior executives, including managing and maintaining calendars, preparing meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and travel assignments.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, including managing personal calendars and coordinating personal appointments.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks, such as processing expense reports, managing office supplies, and coordinating office events.
- Process payroll-related tasks as needed.
- Facilitate communication between executives and various individuals.
- Conduct research and gather information for various special projects and assignments, ensuring timely completion and adherence to goals.
- Maintain an efficient and organized workspace.

**Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**
- Associate’s degree in health care related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Motivated with strong problem-solving/critical-thinking skills; ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
