Position duties will include but are not limited to:
- Proficient knowledge with QuickBooks to generate accounts receivable and accounts payable reports
- Record keeping
- Performing data entry and reviewing documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with procedures prior to entry
- Extract data from documents and coding for entry
- Maintains statistics using spreadsheets to generate reports (charts, graphs, etc.)
- Knowledge on how to operate standard office equipment (scanner, fax, and copy machine)
- Reviews discrepancies in data received, requests clarification or advises supervisors on issues related to data.
Technical Skills and Requirements
- 1-2 years of administrative or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with interruptions
- Problem solving skills with the ability to take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Develops and maintains effective time management to oversee multiple projects with differing timeframes
- Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, fellow office staff, and field technicians
- Great team player that interacts in a professional and courteous manner
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
