Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary documents and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files and benefits data.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a human resources setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
