Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with the daily operations of our daycare centers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, and have a strong understanding of freight forwarding and accounting principles.

Responsibilities
  • Clarify accounts with freight forwarders and resolve discrepancies
  • Book empties and participate in daily operations
  • Assist with future planning and development of the daycare centers
  • Contribute to a family-like working atmosphere with flat hierarchies and direct communication
Requirements
  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Operational freight forwarding knowledge desirable, ideally in the area of loading aids
  • First experience in controlling and accounting knowledge advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Good German language skills
  • Reliability and strong communication skills
