Responsibilities:

- Assist with project coordination and tracking of Freight/UPS/FedEx and trucking companies on project orders
- Entering Tracking information into Software
- Vendor Correspondence regarding orders placed, lead-times, and claims
- Providing Clients with status updates regarding tracking information
- Following-up with Clients after receival of item(s) to ensure all has arrived in excellent condition.
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage office correspondence and communication
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills

Interviews and Start Date:

- Interviews will be conducted the Week of April 22nd
- Start Date: May 06, 2024
