**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Work with HR Manager to support all HR functions, including employee relations and recruiting.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy

**Experience**:

- No experience or degree needed. HR Manager will train on every aspect of the role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
