Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a seasoned **VP - Sales and Business Development** to join our organization, located in the heart of NYC. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the daily operations of our securities team, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all BD activities.

drive revenue growth. Your exceptional leadership and team management skills
will enable you to form and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing
guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance. Building and
maintaining strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
will be a crucial aspect of this role. By doing so, you will enhance business
opportunities and drive customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will
participate in the formulation of appropriate risk management policies and
control procedures to ensure the highest level of compliance and client
satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of
proven experience in the securities industry, specifically in a sales team
management role, is required. You must possess relevant licenses recognized by
FINRA. For example, FINRA Series 7 and 63 required, FINRA Series 24 and 27 preferred and other certifications are helpful. Your strong knowledge of securities products, market trends, and industry regulations will be essential in driving success. As a
results-oriented professional, you will have a demonstrated track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your exceptional communication and
interpersonal skills will allow you to build rapport and establish strong
relationships with clients and stakeholders.
