One of Austin's finest condominiums in downtown Austin. Front desk concierge for 99 units. As our Concierge, you will be responsible for the first impression of Nokonah Condominiums. From answering the phone to greeting visitors at the desk, your friendly smile and helpful attitude will help instill trust with our existing and new residents. You will play a vital role in assisting the residents with writing maintenance requests, delivering packages and reservations for the gym and conference room, and performing various administrative/managerial tasks supporting the facility's mission. Creates a positive experience for guests by attending to needs and answering questions—proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player. Professional customer service skills. Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).

Hiring for overnight shifts-11:30 pm to 7:30 am Monday, Tuesday,, Saturday and Sunday.

Criminal background and vaccination are a MUST.
