The Event Concierge is responsible for double-checking all event spaces to meet client specifications and being constantly available on the floor and via cell phone, responding to requests within 5 minutes and resolving them within 15 minutes.

As the main point of contact between the hotel and the Event Planner, the Event Concierge handles tasks ranging from tracking boxes, to providing morning coffee. They proactively monitor and address the planners' concerns, anticipating issues before they arise.

Additionally, the Event Concierge preforms engineering and cleanliness walkthroughs, provides feedback to relevant departments, assists with site inspections and preconvention meetings, ensures VIP rooms are set up correctly and manages traffic and elevator flow during busy times, among other responsibilities.
