Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge to join our team at Conservatory at North Austin, a thriving Discovery Senior Living community. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, guests, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and communicating with residents and staff.
  • Greeting residents, guests, and employees, and providing information and directions as needed.
  • Managing appointments, mail, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the front desk and entry area.
  • Providing support to the marketing department by collating brochures and other materials.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One to three years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
