**THE POSITION**:
Are you a motivated professional with a strong IT background? The Health and Human Services (HHS) IT Delivery Center is seeking an Information Technology Generalist 1 to join our team. This position will give you the opportunity to provide end-to-end IT services to all staff in the Department of Human Services (DHS), the Department of Health (DOH), the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP), and the Pennsylvania Department of Aging (PDA). Share your excellent problem-solving and attention to detail skills with our team of professionals in this key role.

**Work Schedule and Additional Information**:

- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- ** Telework**:You may be expected to work from home (telework) full-time. You will be required to report to the headquarters office once a month. You must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Parking is located at the building and** **is free.
- ** Salary**:_ _**In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Minimum Experience and Training Requirements**:

- One year as an Information Technology Trainee or Information Technology Technician; **or**:

- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

**Other Requirements**:
