The Public Safety Information Technology Delivery Center (PSITDC) is looking for a highly motivated detail-oriented person to join their team as an IT Policy Associate 2 and help support the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Justice Network. **DESCRIPTION OF WORK**:

- In this position, you will perform business analysis, policy analysis, project management, training and education development, and technical consulting for the JNET Communications Manager on behalf of the JNET Steering Committee, the PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD), and the Office of Administration’s Public Safety Delivery Center (PSDC). This includes assisting with a variety JNET/PCCD short-term and long-term projects, attending Criminal Justice Advisory Board (CJAB) meetings with each county in the Commonwealth, and conducting research of a broad scope to capture all municipal, county, state, and federal information sharing requirements and business needs.

**Work Schedule and Additional Information**:

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- ** Telework**:You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. This position requires one (1) day a month in the office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- ** Salary**:_ _**In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Minimum Experience and Training Requirements**:

- One year as an Information Technology Policy Associate 1; **or**:

- Two (2) years of technical experience in IT resource management or policy analysis work and a Bachelor's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Policy Analysis and Planning, or a related field, which included or was supplemented by 6 college level credits in information technology; **or**:

- One (1) year of technical experience in IT resource management or policy analysis work and a Master's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Policy Analysis and Planning, or a related field, which included or was supplemented by 6 college level credits in information technology; **or**:

- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

**Additional Requirements**:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
