Cambridge Immigration Law is a dynamic, client-focused law firm seeking to add an Intake Specialist to our dedicated team. We specialize in Immigration Law and are committed to delivering high-quality legal services to our clients. If you are a motivated, client-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming calls from prospective clients and facilitate 10-15 minute intake calls to assess client needs
- Schedule consultations for the Director of Client Engagement or attorneys within the firm
- Conduct prompt follow-ups with prospective clients who did not schedule a consultation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM software
- Collaborate closely with our legal team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Ensure compliance with law firm policies and guidelines
- Additional tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Prior experience in a client-service role, preferably in a legal setting
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in [MS Office or Google] and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Strong work ethic and a team player mentality
