**Job Summary**:
This person is responsible for administrative functions within the office including data entry. Is responsible for inter-office job flow, as well as maintenance of software, phone, and HR systems at the direction of the Office Manager. Answers phones.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in training and classes.
- Must be willing to learn and operate our model, continuously improving skills, product knowledge, and systems.
- Must have an intimate working knowledge of management systems and the flow of information from field to office.
- Demonstrate customer service skills and can communicate clearly while answering phone calls.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Business casual attire.

**Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Duties**:

- Helps with the implementation of company events, as well as marketing events.
- Follows AnyWeather sales/operations model (More Floods).
- Order and organize office supplies and uniforms.
- Light housekeeping...keep office kitchen clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Prepare files for use in our different departments.
- Assist with job onboarding

**Performance Indicators**:
Certain key business indicators that will measure the effectiveness of the Office. These include the following:

- Regularly performs assigned tasks to completion.
- Maintains determined goals and KPIs.
- Displays willingness to learn all aspects of office and related operational functions

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
