**A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative**:

- Prepare the retail area for opening each day.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with vehicle/parts information.
- Accurately process transactions, identify parts, and handle payments.
- Maintain cash drawers and complete necessary paperwork.
- Contribute to the cleanliness and safety of the retail area.
- Engage in a variety of tasks vital to the smooth operation of the yard.
