**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Lead Prospecting and Account Management skills
- Strong communication and relationship building abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in the automotive or insurance industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience with sales techniques and strategies

**Compensation**
- $20/ hour + Commissions + Bonuses (+$1 for Bi-lingual Spanish Speakers)
- Account Executives generally achieve potential bonuses ranging from to $50,000 - $100k annually.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts through effective account management techniques.
- Maintain superior call
- center metrics and attendance.
- Conduct warm calling and prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Leverage analysis skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better serve clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Utilize bilingual skills to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and prospects.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $135,000.00 per year
