We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to add to our Sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage assigned accounts by understanding customer needs, offering the “best product fit” and continually following up until business is awarded.- Act as liaison between factory and field salespeople.- Provide timely response to customer inquiries on product pricing, lead time, and order status.- Serve as initial point of contact to resolve customer issues.- Responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relations and coordinating with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.- Data entry in ERP, customer portals, customer data bases, quotation, and sales history data files.-
- Update and maintain Distribution and Manufacture Representatives agreement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; combination of education and experience acceptable.- 2-5 years Inside Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Proficient in MS Office required.- Advanced knowledge of Excel will be required and proficient with VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, conditional formatting, and etc.- Experience working within Aerospace and commercial customer base; preferred.- Some travel may be required.

Please note the salary range posted below is a general guideline for this job level and location. When extending an offer, a variety of factors are considered such as responsibilities of the position, relevant education and experience, certifications, knowledge and skills.

Salary Range:
$59,400.00-$79,310.000
