You will play an important role by greeting people and providing an excellent first impression for each new visitor, customer, current or future employee as they walk through our doors. You will support existing programs and create new opportunities that will lead toward the continued success of our organization. The Office Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for team members and visitors and helping with any questions.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and check in new team members to the weekly New Employee Orientation training.
- Greet and build positive working relationships with all team members and assist them with appropriate requests and questions.
- Work with Community Manager and support Director of Leadership Development
- Coordinate with individual department requests for events and catering. Ensure all details are understood and orders are completed in a timely fashion. Provide communication to departments and confirmations when events/catering is confirmed.
- Finalize all the documentation associated with company credit cards. Audits purchases against monthly statements; ensures charges are allocated to the correct department along with supporting receipts.
- Restock meeting rooms and breakrooms with any necessary material or when applicable, keep refrigerators and snacks stocked.
- Receive and sign for all incoming packages and deliveries. Follow up with appropriate departments on any received deliveries to avoid clutter in the front desk area.
- Organize outgoing mail as well as inter-office deliveries to other locations. Re-direct incoming interoffice mail to the appropriate person.
- Translate documents or provide in-person translation from English to Spanish and vice versa.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of previous experience working in customer service. Preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish) for verbal communication and written translation strongly preferred.
- Exposure and/or strong understanding of event planning a plus. Ability to organize large events and orders to meet department demands.
- Positive and cheerful demeanor. Provide a positive first impression to incoming visitors, guest and vendors.
- Ability to promote and live ETE Values on a daily basis.
