**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To**:

- Provide customer service support for all HR functions and duties
- Assist in integrating HR support into unit operations
- Ensure HR core competencies and key functions are properly supported and executed
- Input timely and accurate Soldier personnel data, strength, and duty status transactions in the appropriate automated HR tool
- Maintain manual and automated HR tracking tools
- Update personnel, telephone, alert and unit rosters, and appointment orders
- Assist in developing Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and Policies
- Support internal evaluations and inspections related to HR functions by preparing and customizing checklists.
- Perform other related duties as requested to support HR missions

**Experience Required for this Role**:

- Ten years military/government work experience related to military and civilian administrative and human resources support
- At least 3 years of experience composing military correspondence, policies and procedures; providing technical guidance on style and composition; developing formats and templates; organizing and maintaining workload and master suspense and tracking logs; providing customer service to senior military and civilian personnel
- Demonstrated expert experience with MS office and SharePoint software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

**Education Required**: High School Diploma or equivalent.
