Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at JBS USA Holdings, Inc. in Columbia, MO. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and providing orientation.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including those related to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and workers' compensation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
