_The Packaging (National Account Manager)
- Sales Representative_ is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving K1/Everest business growth. The Sales Representative will serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients, developing and executing account strategies to achieve mutual success.

**Essential JOB DUTIES**

Client Relationship Management:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the labeling or folding carton industry.**
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact with our customers.
- Vigorously advocate for clients within the organization.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

- **Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts in labels or folding carton, packaging in the beauty industry.**
- Collaborate with sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Track and report on key account performance and revenue metrics.
- Relentlessly work to drive and generate value for our customers.

Account Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align strategies and deliver on client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth.

Communication and Presentations:

- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on products, services, and industry trends.
- Conduct presentations to showcase the value proposition and address client needs.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all customer concerns, questions and inquiries are dealt with promptly and effectively.

Contract Negotiations:

- Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients.
- Ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams to finalize and execute contracts/agreements.

Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

- Monitor and measure customer satisfaction levels.
- Proactively address issues or concerns raised by key clients.
- Continuously strive to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Market Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and analysis.

Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of account activities, interactions, and sales.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on account performance.
- Maintain Pipedrive in accordance with defined guidelines.

Other activities:

- Conduct plant tours for potential clients and visitors.
- Attend trade shows to promote company products and services.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

- Relentlessly committed to driving customer value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
- Ability to function as a “Player/Coach” in the development of processes and people.
- _Solid customer base in labeling, flexible and folding carton with the ability to bring those customers with you. _
- Outstanding problem solving, time management, interpersonal and customer service skills a must.
- Effective planning and organizing skills as they relate to sales, customer relationship building and market research.
- Strong knowledge of production methods/systems, continuous improvement processes, and problem analysis.
- Effective presentation skills (one-on-one or in group settings), and effective telephone etiquette skills/techniques.
- Strong sales experience with labels, flexibles and/or folding carton packaging is a must have skill.
- Excellent customer-service skills, and the ability to handle multiple duties/assignments effectively and efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of production methods, systems, and continuous-improvement processes.
- The appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities required for this position are achievable through the following combination of education, work experience and training:_
- BA/BS Degree in business or applicable field.
- Five (5) or more years of work experience in a fast-paced sales/customer service or similar work environment; or
- **Must have packaging (primary/secondary), labeling or folding carton sales experience to be successful in this role to be considered.**
