Puente Hills Volkswagen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Finance Manager to join our team at our location in City of Industry, California. As the Sales/Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales and financial activities of the dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of sales and finance principles.

**Finance Manager Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain accurate submission of deals to all financial institutions.
- Oversee and track all financial payments from banking institutions.
- Analyze deal data to ensure all regulatory measures have been followed.
- Present all finance products for maximum profitability.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies and goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and vendors.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

**Sales Manager Responsibilities**:

- Hire, train, and manage a team of automotive salespeople.
- Must be 100% knowledgeable in all dealership CRM systems. Must be able to expertly and efficiently handle disbursement of all leads, and follow-up by salespersons.
- Coach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance.
- Set sales goals, track progress, and manage the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have no less than 5years of Sales and Finance Management experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
