Our other notable projects include Domino Park, Wythe Hotel and Jane’s Carousel. Two Trees believes that developers must play a fundamental role in cultivating livable street landscapes where people prosper when neighborhoods bloom.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to inbound requests by identifying, assessing criticality, and prioritizing resolutions of all new and existing support tickets
- Programming and development of custom reports, system integrations and data conversions
- Manage all query corrections to MRI database, case openings, follow-ups, resolutions
- Support managers in performing end to end data validation to maintain accuracy of data sets
- Upgrading and maintaining our MRI environment (i.e., performing environment upgrades, clearing redundant/unnecessary data from servers etc.)
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members and senior staff
- Translate business logic from one system (Excel, SQL, etc.) into SQL in a quick and accurate manner
- Assist team members with all technical support issues

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer technology, MIS, or Computer Science preferred
- 2-4 years of requirement/process definition, analysis, design, and implementation
- 3+ years in MS SQL database programming (user defined functions, table structure, stored procedures, etc.)
- Experience with a leading real estate software system (property management/asset management/accounting) preferred
- Technical expertise with report writing tools such as SSRS
- Comprehensive knowledge of real estate, financial, and IT management best practices
- Ability to work independently and well with other team members

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
