**Commercial Payments Product Owner**
The Commercial Payments Product Owner role is responsible for the business implementation and ongoing Product Ownership for the Payment Hub and commercial payment products. This is a unique opportunity to be a key part of transformation, driving treasury management strategy through the development and ongoing management of the payment hub and commercial payment products. This position requires someone with payments knowledge, the ability to collaborate across internal and external contacts, and flexibility.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsible for the implementation of a payment hub product, interfacing with all bank channels. Requires hands on dedication, deep collaboration with operations, technology, business lines, and the vendor.
- Overseees the development of the payment product vision for the bank, driving road map and ongoing development opportunities.
- Responsible to monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and have an involvement with industry providers and colleagues to advocate for Bank payment strategies.
- Proactively anticipate and manage risks weighing innovation with regulatory and compliance knowledge and experience. Partners with risk, legal, and compliance departments to ensure that processes meet audit and regulatory requirements, commensurate with the risk appetite of the bank.
- Owns product performance, KPIs, and vendor performance through close interaction with the vendor.
- Drives innovation in payment products across user channels and collaborates closely with the bank digital platforms to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Champions payments throughout the Bank through ongoing education, business case development, vendor engagement, and partnership with key collaborators.
