Commercial Credit Analyst

The role of the Credit Analyst involves supporting the loan team and relationship managers in gathering necessary information and preparing essential documentation for the processing, closing, disbursement, and management of various loan types, including Construction and Commercial loans, as well as Lines of Credit and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date tracking of financial covenants and compliance requirements, ensuring timely updates for financial statements, operating statements, tax returns, rent rolls, and insurance documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of loan advances, paydowns, and invoice payments for review and authorization.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Commercial Real Estate loan documentation processes.
- Coordinate loan closings in collaboration with the Bank's Note Department.
- Engage with clients regularly to provide updates on new credit applications and ongoing loan servicing.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate lending is required.
- Experience in Branch Operations or New Account management is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities are necessary.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
