As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service and operational excellence.


Job Description:

The Operations Supervisor will play a critical role in managing our team, supporting our clients, and working with our banking partners to resolve any issues that arise. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in payment processing, particularly in high-risk and CNP environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and manage the operations team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with banking partners to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide support to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team is meeting targets and company goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the operational processes.
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Operations Supervisor or similar role in the payments industry, with a focus on high-risk and Card-Not-Present verticals.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems, banking relationships, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and partners to resolve issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
