World Insurance Associates LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. As a Commercial Insurance Sales Producer, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with commercial clients, leveraging our unique niche and risk management solutions to bring value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities with commercial clients, focusing on small, medium, and large businesses.
- Engage in sales and marketing tactics to move prospects through the sales funnel and close deals.
- Leverage our platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth/private client, employee benefits, human capital, and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience selling solutions to business owners.
- Previous insurance experience is not required, but can be helpful.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, but not required.
- Relevant insurance licenses are a plus, but not necessary.
- The most important qualities for success are being humble, hungry, and enjoying the thrill of the hunt.
Compensation and Benefits
As a Commercial Insurance Sales Producer, your compensation will be tied to your effort and performance. We offer a base salary plus commissions, as well as a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401k match that is immediately fully vested. The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $200,000 based on experience.
