**Position Overview**: The Construction HR Clerk plays a vital role in our human resources department, focusing on orientation, new hire onboarding, and recruitment support within the construction industry. This position ensures that new employees are smoothly integrated into our organization and contributes to the recruitment process. **This position does require English/Spanish bilingual abilities.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Orientation and Onboarding:_
- **Orientation Coordination**: Coordinate and schedule orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring that they receive all the necessary information about company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- **Onboarding Support**: Assist in the onboarding process by preparing and maintaining new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and guiding employees through the completion of required forms and training.
- **Integration**: Support the integration of new employees into the company culture and their respective teams, facilitating a positive and smooth onboarding experience.
- Recruiting Support:_

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluent Spanish is required.**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience, with some exposure to HR functions.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, especially in the context of construction or related industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of construction safety and industry-specific onboarding processes is advantageous.
