**About the role**: The Branch Operations Coordinator is the first point of contact anyone has with evolve Financial Planning. This individual sets the tone for customer service and expectations. They are the heartbeat of the firm.
**Responsibilities**:
Highlights of some, but not all responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and mail
- Processing check deposits
- Contacting clients to schedule appointments
- Website maintenance
- Managing office equipment and maintenance
- Handling client experience events such as holiday gifts, births, deaths, birthdays, etc.
- Filing
- Creating client events such as special dinners, book clubs, etc.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Mathematical abilities to ensure accurate completion of duties
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and attire
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask when things get busy
Pay: $45,500.00 per year
