Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional member service and support to meet the needs of our members, including identifying and addressing their product and service needs.
  • Assist with the growth of deposits, loans, and service ratio, while maintaining a member-focused culture that influences the use of technology.
  • Collaborate with departmental partners to provide a seamless experience for members, including resolving issues and providing solutions.
  • Perform lobby engagement and provide coverage for other departments and functions as needed.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, associates, and departmental partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
