You will leverage LSP’s value creation and Greenfield playbook as well as other local resources that enable the new market to reach its full potential. Your responsibilities will be launching the location, operational oversight of the new location, and maintaining a positive and high-achieving culture.
About Us: As the Branch Manager, you’ll oversee all departments needed to get the business off the ground while leveraging central resources and department leads. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the new region and will work to grow your business organically. You will leverage LSP’s value creation and Greenfield playbook as well as other local resources that enable the new market to reach its full potential. Your responsibilities will be launching the location, operational oversight of the new location, and maintaining a positive and high-achieving culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all local functions that exist in the new location while leveraging the central functions at HQ.
- Execute the Greenfield playbook, iterating with learnings.
- Promote culture, accountability, and operational efficiency locally for all departments in the greenfield location.
- Collaborate closely with both LSP and partner brand on the correct balance of staffing in the new greenfield location and HQ.
- Manage a subset of technicians located at central HQ of partner brand while the greenfield branch gets off the ground.
- Hold responsibility for P&L and balance sheet optimization of new location.
- Identify, hire, develop and retain talent across all organizational levels.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve financial objectives.
- Champion a customer-centric approach and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Adhere to and uphold compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols per LSP and partner brand.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the home service industry or a “team of teams” environment (e.g., military, manufacturing, logistics, field services, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to turn financial and operational data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to get new initiatives off the ground.
- Effective leader capable of building and leading a winning team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using technology and software systems to drive operational efficiencies.
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan, a plus.
