Trinity Solar is growing and we are looking for a Compensation Coordinator to work in our Wall, NJ office five days a week. This individual will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resource department. We are searching for an organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated HR Coordinator that will aid our Human Resources department in their day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

The HR Compensation Coordinator participates in and/or assist in conducting salary surveys. Assist in the administration of the compensation program which includes:

Classifying non-exempt and exempt positions
Conducting salary surveys
Overseeing annual merit pay increases
Stays abreast of current compensation and best practices in industry and local governments and make recommendations as appropriate
Provides data and cost analysis
Time and attendance processing/auditing
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required;
2-5 years of progressive experience in human resources management with specific expertise in the area of compensation
Knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation
Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, HRIS systems.
Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and tables
Knowledge of HRIS Systems, including running queries and accessing and manipulating data
