The Bilingual Human Resources Staffing Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of job postings for the Staffing Solutions team, ensuring that all systems function effectively and efficiently. This role includes managing the programmatic system for posting Frontline positions, overseeing budgets for these roles, and handling the Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Frontline job postings utilizing platforms such as Indeed and Direct Postings.
  • Ensure proper tagging of all postings and regularly monitor their performance.
  • Conduct routine audits of job postings to guarantee compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Manage credit card expenditures related to job postings on Indeed and other departmental expenses.
  • Collaborate with the Staffing Solutions Manager to optimize posting budgets by tracking sources per hire.
  • Administer the Jobvite system for the Staffing Solutions Team, ensuring timely creation, review, and approval of job requisitions.
  • Manage job imports and mappings for new business units, including job codes, descriptions, and offer letters on Jobvite.
  • Assist in monitoring Jobvite cleanup, ensuring that Staffing Specialists close frontline requisitions that have been inactive for over 90 days.
  • Generate reports on open requisitions, recruiter activities, and other data as requested by stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred; commuting to the office is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar area.
  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel and Smartsheet.
  • Familiarity with Jobvite or other Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • This position requires in-office attendance from Monday to Friday.
  • Bilingual capability is preferred for this position.

Compensation: $72,000 - $75,000 per year

Shift: Full Time, Monday - Friday (weekend work may be required)
