Responsibilities:
- Notating customer accounts with shipment/milestone information. As an example, when cargo was picked up and received, if there were any delays.
- Assigning FedEx tracking numbers to the shipments that have already been entered and coded
- Warehouse information is attached to the customer file. Data entry of the on-hand and pick ticket number
- Phone call/email follow up with clients
Qualifications:
- Candidate that is seeking an office job where they are motivated by learning a new industry
- Computer literate/data entry skills
- Pro-active/team player mentality – Not afraid to ask questions
- Eager to learn
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
