Job Summary

The Treatment Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. This includes educating patients on the importance of healthy smiles, guiding them through treatment choices, and providing clear information to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate patients on the benefits of dental care and make the treatment process engaging and easy to understand.
  • Support patients in making informed decisions by providing clear explanations of their treatment options and expected outcomes.
  • Respond to patient inquiries with strong communication skills, ensuring they feel well-supported and informed.
  • Optimize appointment schedules to reduce wait times and maintain a smooth patient flow.
  • Welcome patients warmly and create a comfortable environment from the moment they arrive.
  • Provide patients with all necessary information and documents, demonstrating transparency and commitment to their care.
  • Verify patients' insurance details and follow up with them as needed to ensure they understand their benefits and coverage.
  • Assist dentists and other team members as needed to ensure the practice operates efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace to prevent the spread of infection and protect patients and staff.
  • Be flexible and adapt to the changing needs of the practice.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or a similar customer-focused role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Managerial experience is an advantage.
