Location: Springfield, MA
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment? We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our clients team and play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling meetings
- Maintain office records, assist with filing, and perform data entry as needed
- Prepare and format reports, memos, and presentations for internal and external use
- Coordinate office supplies, monitor inventory, and ensure office equipment is functioning properly
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as required
- The Office Coordinator will help organize company events, meetings, and team activities
Preferred Qualifications of the Office Coordinator:
- Previous experience in an office coordinator or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Compensation: $16-19/hour
