Randstad, the world’s leading partner for talent, is seeking a Strategic Client Partner to foster growth in our most exciting large accounts. A Strategic Client Partner at Randstad serves as a coach, consultant, and coordinator by receiving requisitions and coaching the field.

The SCP influences Randstad's ability to grow market share and manage contract requirements across all operating companies across the United States. In addition to driving account growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients, you will ensure that all solutions are delivered consistently and per our contractual promises.

What you get to do:

  • Partner with the Strategic Account Directors to implement, retain, and grow customer accounts across all Randstad operating companies.
  • Support the implementation of innovations and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide support across Randstad's Specialties.
  • Proactively manage field steering activities and ensure understanding of contract terms.
  • Communicate service and compliance commitments to support teams.
  • Prepare and participate in quarterly and annual customer reviews.
  • Manage client reporting and auditing requirements.
  • Maintain expertise in Randstad and 3rd party vendor management systems (VMS); train field staff as needed.
  • Monitor VMS systems daily to maximize submittals and fill ratios.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for requisitions and communicate requirements to relevant teams.
  • Track customer performance and identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with MSP companies to promote the Randstad brand and fill requisitions.

What you need to bring:

  • Significant experience in large & complex accounts, experience in Staffing advantageous.
  • Ability to manage many things at one time - these accounts have a significant number of sites and lots of moving parts.
  • Solid experience with driving continuous improvement.
  • Driven by meeting specific milestones and growth targets in each account.
  • Excitement about being held accountable to specific account growth targets.
  • Strong experience in creating consolidated account reporting and QBR documents for internal and external use.
  • A proactive approach to account performance including identification of market challenges, solutions, and insights.
  • A proactive approach to managing field engagement and performance including comfort in partnering and escalating to field senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal clients and external clients.
  • Comfortable being a vocal part of the account teams while on calls and in meetings.
  • Experience in MSP/VMS systems.
  • A bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
