This position will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, such as organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves, assisting with recruiting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing employee relations.

*Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator:*
* Administer various employee benefit programs, such as group insurance, flexible
* spending accounts, dependent care accounts, 403(b)
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and benefit information in the HR systems by
* processing all status changes, salary changes, garnishments, terminations, and
* withholding requests immediately upon notification by the employee
* Manage leave and paid time off programs in the HR systems, such as vacation,
* bereavement, sick, and leave of absence
* Prepare required reports as well as special reports as requested
* Assist with onboarding of all new employees, such as new employee orientation,
* explanation of benefits, explanation of company policies, practices and procedures,
* verifying I-9 and E-Verify
* Stay current with local, state, and federal laws, and trends to ensure compliance
* Assist with recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to identify and hire qualified candidates
* Performs other duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the department

*Requirements of the Human Resources Administrator:*
* 2-3 years related Human Resources work experience
* Ability to interpret human resources policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task effectively and carry projects to completion according to deadlines
* Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate information to all levels of the organization
* Strong commitment and alignment of values with those of the organization.
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, ATS systems and HRIS systems
* Must exercise the highest level of confidentiality and integrity

Pay: $22.63 - $29.87 per hour
