Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Range: $50-$59/hr DOE
What’s the Job?
- Manage the CFO’s calendar by coordinating schedules, prioritizing meetings, and organizing internal and external appointments.
- Plan and organize events, including executive meetings, offsites, and team events.
- Handle travel arrangements, including domestic and international trips, ensuring all itineraries and documents are well-prepared.
- Prepare reports and briefing documents for meetings, ensuring that the CFO is well-informed.
- Oversee administrative projects and provide leadership to the executive support team.
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
